Welcome The Campus Master Plan proposes a vision for the campus’s future physical environment. It considers UC Berkeley’s strategic goals – such as housing, instructional and research space, seismic resilience, sustainability, and transportation – and envisions potential projects and initiatives that could be implemented to achieve them. While the fabric that forms a campus is composed of buildings and open space, the Berkeley campus is widely recog- nized for the value its landscape lends to the University and Master Plan iden- tifies the cultural and physical values of the cam- pus landscape . The Digital Strategic Plan & Roadmap (DSP Roadmap) identified the critical need for developing a Geographical Information System (GIS) Master Plan. The GIS Master Plan is the result of a comprehensive and thorough assessment of the City's existing GIS related technologies, operational requirements and Geospatial service delivery needs in. In the latest National Research Council (NRC) report, Berkeley had the highest number of top-ranked doctoral programs in the nation. In addition to over graduate programs, Berkeley offers concurrent graduate degrees, interdisciplinary doctoral and exchange Berkeley does not offer ad hoc joint degree programs or cotutelle agreements with other universities.

The Master Plan is an incredibly moving book that will change the way you look at the criminal justice system. Senator Bernie Sanders The Master Plan adds a personal narrative to Michelle Alexander’s The New Jim Crow, making it equally important. Chris Wilson is our generation's go-to voice on mass incarnation and redemption/5().   The Berkeley Campus Guide is an extremely thorough and beautifully produced guide to the history of the design and building of the U.C. Berkeley campus and of its buildings, as well as the individual histories of all of the major s: 7. The Master Plan respects the historic plan of the Berkeley campus and suggests ways to reconstitute the relationship between College of Engineering buildings and the university's central open space and to improve linkages between the College and the rest of the campus. The Master Plan also proposes ways to improve circulation through the College. The master plan is a road map for land use, development, reinvestment, transportation, and housing to guide Berkley from a known present to an unknown future. It directly influences decisions by Berkley’s Planning Commission and City Council on development and redevelopment in Berkley, infrastructure investments, and zoning.
